If you want Motherly Creations to delete personal information associated with your account, order inquiry, or social media interaction, follow the instructions below.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email marissawebster@motherlycreations.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your name, email address, phone number if used, and a short note explaining what data you want deleted.
  3. If your request relates to Facebook or Instagram, include the Page, profile name, or message thread details so we can locate the data.

What We Delete

We will delete or anonymize personal information we no longer need for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or security purposes.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you.

Meta App Data

If you interacted with Motherly Creations through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove app permissions from your Meta account settings. We only use Meta access to manage Motherly Creations business content and messages when authorized.
